Click on the file-name to download and check the attachments you upload to ensure that nothing has been corrupted during the upload. Note: Any spaces in the file name will be replaced with an underscore - this will not change the contents of the file itself. Any files uploaded will be available for download by any participant in the proposal. The proposal coordinator is responsible for the content of any uploaded files. The European Commission accepts no responsibility for viruses or malware transmitted via this system. If you upload a file then it will replace any existing file and cannot be reversed.
Excess pages: any annexes with a mandatory page limit will be watermarked on the excess pages upon uploading the file to the system. The watermark says: 'Excess pages: please disregard' in red letters. Please check for excess number of pages and download your document from the system before trying to submit your proposal. A warning on watermarked pages is issued only upon submission.
Note that the responsibility for the contents of these files rests solely with the proposal coordinator and not with the European
Commission - you will download them onto your computer at your own risk. The European Commission strongly recommends that you should
be using reputable and up-to-date security software on your computer before proceeding.
